Dealer Discounts
If you own a legal company, which is established in the Automotive business, (e.g. Dealership, Used Car Dealer, Service Garage, Tuning Company, Speed Shop, Parts Store & Distribution, Gas Station, ...), then it might be possible that you gather Dealer Discounts from us for this Online Shop.
Following requirements are appearing to be able to get Dealer Discounts from MaxxTech® Performance ...
1.) All Dealers must approve, that their Business is legal and actually active by forwarding relevant documents (e.g. Copy of Business Registration).
2.) All Dealers will have to pay their orders in advance via Bank account (SEPA/Swift), because we are unable to cover Transaction fees (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal) in addition to the Dealer Discounts.
3.) All Dealers do have to pay Shipping Costs, even if our Online Shop states Free Shipping for custmers from Germany. Online orders, in which you do not have been charged Shipping Costs automatically, will be adjusted afterwards. If you want to pick up your goods at our store, of course you will be not charged for Shipping.
4.) Dealers that are located inside the European Community (excluding Germany) will not have to pay German Sales Tax (19%), if the E.U. Tax ID is provided and online approved.
5.) Dealers that are located outside the European Community (including Switzerland) will not have to pay German Sales Tax (19%), if the Shipping Address is also outside the E.U. or in Switzerland.
