Item Number: H2-11009The entire DefenderWorx Billet Line is completely CNC machined from solid blocks of aircraft-grade aluminum. It is the CNC maching process that allows them to create a High Quality, world-class part that has no equal. Their design and engineering staff, using state-of-the-art CADCAM software, first creates every detail in each piece. Once the design process is completed; then complex, multilevel programs are written with exacting tolerances insuring a precision part. When the manufacturing process is complete, each piece is then polished and triple chrome plated giving you a "Show Chrome" finish!

[CHROME]Chrome is a brittle transition metal that polishes very well and forms a shiny, corrosion-resistant surface. It is also the hardest pure metal. Because of these properties, car parts are often coated with chrome for protection and decoration. When it comes to caring for chrome surfaces, less is often more. Avoid aggressive cleaners that can damage the chrome. Instead, you should use mild cleaning products such as dishwashing liquid or a special chrome polish (see below)!
