[STAINLESS STEEL]Due to its alloy, stainless steel is characterized by a high level of corrosion protection. This protection is achieved through a higher chromium content than normal steel. High-quality stainless steel is therefore very durable. V2A stands for CrNi steel and V4A means CrNiMo steel. Aggressive external influences arising from the environment can endanger the material and lead to rust or discoloration, e.g. in the case of high environmental pollution caused by combustion exhaust gases, soot particles and unburned oil particles caused by heavy vehicle traffic. We recommend cleaning the stainless steel parts several times a year, but never with harsh cleaning agents, but only with special stainless steel cleaning and care products!
[REAL CARBON FIBER]The correct name is CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers). Reinforcement gives CFRPs their Strength and Rigidity, Lightweight and Appearance makes it a "must have". Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics are very hard to machine and can have a risk of small visual errors (especially around the edges and corners), which have to be accepted as is!
[OFFICIAL LICENSED PRODUCT]This item has been manufactured under the official product license of General Motors. This is affecting mainly the copyrights of Trademarks, certain Logos and Pattern, Car Names and Nameplates, as well as Lettering and Photos/Videos. Also the license will state, that this product is meeting the general requirements of General Motors, which may be an indicator for a High Quality of the product. Usually such a licenses are time-limited and accure high costs, this is why the retail prices may be higher than some non-licensed products!
[WARRANTY]This item is subject to a 24-month statutory warranty in accordance with Section § 437 BGB of the German Civil Code (» see Terms & Conditions «). Besides there is an included 12 month guaranty from the manufacturer. The guarantee period begins with the handover of the product to the guarantee holder. The warranty obligation is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The manufacturer's guarantee is subject to the law of the country in which the company has its headquarters!
