Item Number: C8-12001Since Corsa Performance took over Volant, they finally can offer Cold Air Intakes to increase engine power. They are convinced about the nessecity to combine Performance exhausts with Cold Air Intakes, they just belong together to get a better result. There are four different versions of Air Filters available, but not yet for every vehicle, so you may ask us in case you are interested to purchse a different version than the one shown here. The Pro5 Oiled Filter is the most common known filter system, with 5 layers of textile material, which is re-usable, washable and is used with Filter Oil (Cleaning period approx. 15.000-20.000km). DryTech 3D is a dry and re-usable version (maintainance approx. 80.000km). PowerCore® is based on UltraWeb® Nanofiber, these filters take particles of 2µ and larger out, so they are the most effective filters on the market (durable up to 200.000km), but these filters are not re-usable. MaxFlo5 are just like the Pro5 Filters, but they have a larger surface as the front part is conical!

[REAL CARBON FIBER]The correct name is CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers). Reinforcement gives CFRPs their Strength and Rigidity, Lightweight and Appearance makes it a "must have". Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics are very hard to machine and can have a risk of small visual errors (especially around the edges and corners), which have to be accepted as is!
